Buying a home can be an interesting experience full of highs and lows--especially in this market--but I can't recommend Zoe Fox enough to help you along this journey. She was a great educator and cheerleader throughout, and made the process absolutely seamless.

All five stars for Sarah LoGiudice. She was our realtor when we bought, and we went with her again when we sold. When things got sticky or complicated, she guided us through them. We needed some home improvement work, she helped us find a skilled and trustworthy contractor. We had to be out of town, she stepped in for us. In the unusual market today, she helped us get the best offer, and the transaction came through without a hitch. Through it all, from purchasing to selling, she always listened to us, understood our needs, and helped us get exactly what we hoped for. If life brings us back to Philly, she will be the first person we call.
We both bought and sold a home in Center City with Bill Ball in the Spring of 2021 and I can’t say enough good things! In addition to understanding the market and knowing the city well, Bill really impressed us with his negotiation skills and ability to navigate the ups and downs of buying and selling. Buying and selling at the same time is always stressful, especially in a competitive market, but Bill took a lot of the stress out of the process for us. He was very responsive and always available for anything we needed. Just very easy to work with. The team and recommended inspector were great too. We highly recommend!

She is the connsumate professional, Real Estate or otherwise, she is responsive and caring to your concerns/questions. She looks after your interests as if they are her own. Kristin is the definition of what a true Real Estate agent should be, looking out for the best interests of her clients. We would trust NO ONE else help us in buying or selling our homes.
My husband and I just completed our second transaction with Kristin as our agent. This one was for the sale of a multi-family apartment building in Northwest Philadelphia. As she did with the purchase of our home 5 years ago, Kristin nailed every detail with professionalism. In this instance, I had stringent guidelines I needed fulfilled. Due to having tenants, I wanted Kristin herself handling the showings, I wanted showings limited to once a week, I only wanted qualified buyers viewing the property and making offers. Kristin didn't miss a beat. 8 days after listing we got an offer and she was fantastic through the due diligence period and closing. A great realtor is a gift and Kristin is the best out there. Her transaction agent Sean was fantastic as well.
Sheena has helped us find two homes (one from across the country), and sell one. Her and her team's communicativeness, friendly attitudes, and attention to detail makes the entire process a joy. Having her team work for you lets you kick back, smoke some meats, and not worry about a thing while your deal goes through.
We absolutely loved working with Dina! She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain all we had to do to get our home rented in Philadelphia. She took beautiful photos, secured great renters and helped build our lease. She was available when we needed her and promptly called us back when we had questions. Bill Ball assisted me in purchasing a home in the Center City area of Philadelphia. I am not a local and Bill's knowledge of the different areas helped me make an informed decision. I appreciated that he never tried to push me into a purchase or pressure me into making a decision. He was extremely responsive and assisted in managing the whole process from offer to closing. I highly recommend Bill for his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and low pressure approach to very a stressful process.
First home buying success! Sean was with me step by step and answered all my first-time buyer's questions and he didn't miss a beat. Sean and I also had to go through this experience while dealing with the effects that the pandemic caused on the housing market but that didn't slow us down. Sean made my home buying experience painless and he would be the first person I would recommend should someone need these services!

Buying a home can be daunting, but seeing Carly outside of a new listing with her mini flashlight and a big smile on her face, determined to help us find exactly what we were looking for, made the experience exponentially better.
