What was your non-negotiable when it came to finding your dream home?
Enough space to start and grow a family
What's your favorite room? Why?
The Kitchen- It's the one room we all use everyday and with the location of the kitchen, it gets plenty of sun and oversees our backyard, which we've landscaped so we enjoy being able to see that all the time
What is one thing you need in your home to make it yours?
It was the kitchen, which we've already completed
What makes you (or your family) laugh?
The two little Havanese dogs we have, they are such clowns
If you could throw a theme party in your house, what would be the theme?
It would probably be a 'beach' theme since we both enjoy the beach
A day spent running around the neighborhood: what's your first stop and last stop?
First stop would be Starbucks and last stop would most likely be Giant Supermarket since we cook all the time and are in constant need of food items
How has your home changed from move-in day?
Well.... We've updated the Kitchen, completely updated the basement and upstairs bathrooms, we added a new driveway, a new garage, removed 2 huge trees, updated the deck, new roof, repainted all the rooms and landscaped both the front and rear yards
What's your favorite memory of your home?
Settlement date since it finalized our home in the Suburbs
What was the catalyst to you purchasing a new home?
We got married and wanted to start a family
What's your favorite piece of Philly culture?
The food!
