Glenn and Meghan really made this house their own, making it totally unrecognizable from when they first moved in (check out the old photos below!). They want the next owners to see just how amazing it is!  Here’s the story of 728 Rodman Street!

How would you describe your personal interior design style?

Glenn: Urban Modern.

Meghan: Minimalist.

If you could only choose one song to play every time you walked into a room, what would it be?

Glenn: "Cheers" Theme Song.

Meghan: Coffee by Sylvan Esso.

How would you describe your neighborhood?

Glenn: In the center of multiple neighborhoods and convenient to all: restaurants, bars, shops, schools, historic centers, etc.

Meghan: Eclectic.

If you could use your house as the setting for a remake of a movie, which movie would it be?

Glenn: The Princess Bride --- Opening Scene with Grandfather arriving and reading book.

What was your non-negotiable when it came to finding your dream home?

Glenn: It had to be near a great school and have parking.

Meghan: Parking.

What's your favorite room? Why?

Glenn: Living Room + TV Nook ---- where we all find our spot to unwind, play games and watch movies.

Meghan: Tv room bc of the sunlight that comes in.

What is one thing you need in your home to make it yours?

Glenn: My family's photos and artwork on walls.

Meghan: Elephants for good luck and prosperity.

What makes you (or your family) laugh?

Glenn: Competition during all types of games.

Meghan: Jack dancing.

If you could throw a theme party in your house, what would be the theme?

Glenn: Scavenger Hunt --- on all 4 floors.

A day spent running around the neighborhood: what's your first stop and last stop?

Glenn: First: Drop off Jack at School @ Beanstalk, then Coffee at Three Graces (both on E Passyunk Ave), Last: Fishbox by 8th and Bainbridge where we've been picking up our packages for the last few years, or Whole Foods at 9th and South st.

Meghan: Coffee.

How has your home changed from move-in day?

Meghan: Its changed in every way possible and looks absolutely nothing like the home we bought

What's your favorite memory of your home?

Glenn: I can't pick one....I have so many fond memories here with my family. Especially those of Jack from Age 2-6.

Meghan: The first christmas we hosted here for our family.

What was the catalyst to you purchasing a new home?

Glenn: We want more space for our family, a yard for Murphy and a home closer to our jobs in Springfield and Ardmore.

Meghan: We want a yard for Jack and Murphy.

What's your favorite piece of Philly culture?

Glenn: The strong sense of community. Philly is the 6th most populous city in the US, and 2nd in the northeast (after NYC), but it doesn't feel that way.

Meghan: The food scene.
